Recognize the good qualities you have and don’t focus on the bad. Take a moment and list all of the great things about yourself. Remind yourself that you are a great human being. Whenever you are feeling down, compliment yourself. List all of the good things again, and believe it. You will feel so much better. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Don’t let anyone tell you that you aren’t good enough. Don’t tell yourself that you aren’t good enough. Embrace those great qualities of yours. Surround yourself with positive thoughts. If someone is a negative influence on your life, don’t keep them in your life. Make sure you are happy first. Do not rely on other people for your happiness, only you can make yourself happy. Love yourself first, or nobody will.
